Amazon chooses the reviewers:

Vine reviews carry a badge:

And the reviewers are not paid:
“Voices are shoppers like you and are not paid to participate in the programme. To stay in the programme, they are expected to share honest and unbiased reviews.”
Outside Vine, Amazon’s Community Guidelines don’t allow a review “in exchange for any compensation, including cash payments, refunds, free or discounted products, gift cards, warranties, services, or other incentives”. They add: “You can only receive free products through official Vine program offers.” Accepting free products or compensation directly from sellers or brands in exchange for reviews is strictly prohibited.
What a seller can do is ask for an unbiased, un-incentivized review. Amazon lists a message like “Please share your honest experience with our product by leaving a review!” as acceptable.
Seller-side terms for Vine are on Seller Central, so check them there. If Vine isn’t available to you, you still need a way to build demand.
A Vine review sits on the listing. It doesn’t put your product in front of someone scrolling Instagram or searching YouTube.
