Refund & Cancellation Policy
How cashback, campaign funding and cancellations are handled — for both creators and brands.

Hypedrive is a rewards marketplace, not a store. This policy covers money that moves through Hypedrive — creator cashback (the rebate on a verified purchase) and brand campaign funding. It does not cover the products you buy from a brand's own store; those are subject to that store's policy.
1. Product purchases (creators)
When you buy a product to take part in a campaign, you buy it on the brand's store with your own money. Returns, replacements or refunds of the product itself are handled by that store under its policy — Hypedrive is not the seller and does not refund product cost outside the cashback mechanism.
2. How your cashback comes back
- Your money comes back as cashback (plus a bonus) once your purchase is verified and the brand approves your content — not as a card "refund".
- Approved cashback and bonuses are credited to your Hypedrive wallet — brands usually approve content within 2–3 days, after which you can withdraw to bank or UPI within 2–3 business days. Newly added payout methods have a 24-hour cooling period.
- If your content is rejected for genuinely not meeting the published brief, the cashback is not due. You'll see the reason and, where the campaign allows, can resubmit.
3. Campaign funding (brands)
- Funds you add to a campaign are held to pay for approved results. You only pay for verified purchases and content you approve.
- Unused funds from a campaign you pause or close can be refunded to your original payment method, less any results already approved and any non-refundable platform fee on settled results.
- Refund requests are processed within 7–10 business days of approval.
4. Cancellations
- Creators: you can withdraw from a campaign before you submit content. If you've already bought the product, returns are per the store's policy (see section 1).
- Brands: you can pause or close a campaign at any time. Commitments to creators who have already purchased and posted in good faith under the published brief will be honoured.
5. Failed or incorrect payouts
If a payout fails because of wrong bank/UPI details, it returns to your wallet and you can retry with corrected details. If money leaves Hypedrive but doesn't reach you, contact us and we'll trace it with our payment provider.
6. Disputes
Raise any payout or refund dispute within 30 days at support@hypedrive.app with your campaign and transaction details. We aim to resolve disputes within 14 business days.
